Tuesday afternoon (June 18th): Registration and Informal Reception (coffee in Loucký monastery in Znojmo - time to be announced). Lodging in the city (list of hotels and B&Bs will be announced). Individual dinner in the city. Later a recommendation will be made for a restaurant in the city where those who wish may have dinner or may just have beer/wine and meet together.
- Wednesday (June 19th): The Conference in Louký monastery with coffee breaks and lunch, open all day with concurrent Registration. Late afternoon excursion to the wine cellars in the monastery with wine degustation.
- Thursday (June 20th): Conference in the monastery with coffee breaks and lunch. Late afternoon visit the bicycle museum in Boskovštejn, www.muzeumkol.eu
- Friday (June 21st): Conference in the monastery with coffee breaks and lunch. Evening in the monastery ceremonial raut.
